Over the years the shop became a real hub for the community. This is a place to catch upon village life, to hold book clubs, exchange books, buy tickets for local event, and the Milland Cares programme is also available here to help anyone in need of support. We also helped in solving knitting pattern problems, reuniting dogs with their owners, or finding last-minute babysitter for desperate parents, just to mention a few of our ‘extra-curricular’ activities.
We also organise events like the Milland Cinema and the annual football game between the village football club and our South-American friends from Trippetts Farm.
